More Health Organics has been certified by NASAA since 1991. They maintain a scheme to ensure the authentication of organic/biodynamic produce at retail level. This means that we are subject to frequent inspections of our records, food storage systems and processing to ensure that we comply with the industry standards and regulations.
More Health has been supplying certified organic fruit, vegetables and groceries by Home Delivery since 1988. We were one of the first retailers to be certified by NASAA (National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia). Certification is your only gaurantee that the food you are purchasing is truly organic.

We aim to deliver to as many locations across Sydney. Currently we deliver to all Northern Sydney suburbs on Saturdays and from June we will be delivering on Tuesdays & Saturdays. To make it easy we accept orders right up to mid-day before delivery.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all of the Northern suburbs with postcode ranging form 2057 to 2108. Along with the Organic Fresh Produce, we also deliver shelf stable Certified Organic Groceries Australia wide.
What time will I receive my delivery?
We will be starting our delivery at 11 AM on Saturdays. Your delivery should arrive any time between 11AM to 5 PM.
I live in a security apartment, can you deliver to me when i am not home?
We do our best to find a solution to this issue. If you give us a call we can talk about how a delivery will be possible. Sometimes there is an alternative place to leave it such as a laundry, sometimes it is possible for a neighbour to buzz us in or on some occasions customers have provided us with a key to the main door so we can leave it at your apartment door or a key to the garage so we can leave it near your car park. If you live in an apartment you may choose a specific time for you delivery to be delivered, this incures a small additional delivery cost.
Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
You do not need to be home to receive your delivery (unless you are in a security building and there is no alternative drop off point). If you are not home our drivers are instructed to leave your boxes as close to your front door as possible. If you have any particular instructions for where you would like your delivery left, please let us know in the delivery instructions box at checkout.

How we store your personal information
We store your personal information in our database. This system is password protected and your information is never disclosed to a third party. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
How we store your credit card information
To ensure protection of your credit card details, credit card payments are processed using a secure, third party payment gateway service run by EWAY https://www.eway.com.au. This service is PCI-DSS compliant which is the industry standard for secure credit card payments. Any changes or updates to your payment information need to be made via this gateway. For security purposes More Health will not handle any credit card information via phone or email. All credit card details are encrypted and cannot be accessed by our Customer Service Staff.
It is our aim to only provide the freshest produce, we have quality control systems in place for checking produce as it is arrives and leaves our warehouse. Occassionally, however, an item will be missed in this system.
More Health offers a full credit for any produce provided that is not of the best quality. We ask customers to inform us as soon as possible after receiving their order and within 24 hours. If possible we will deliver replacement items or we will issue a credit on your account to be deduted from your next order. If this does not suit, you can request a credit directly onto your credit card. If you do not request a credit or contact us within 24 hours we reserve the right to refuse a credit.
If you have had an item delivered that was ordered incorrectly by you, we are happy to issue a refund, however you will need to personally arrange return of the item in original unopened condition as soon as possible. Please contact us prior to returning goods.
If we have supplied you with an item incorrectly or provided the wrong item in error we will issue a refund and will pick up the incorrect item at which time we will deliver the correct item. However, you will need to make the item available for pick up on our next delivery run to your area. If you have used the item or thrown it away we reserve the right to reject your claim for a refund. All claims for credit due missing or incorrect items must be made to More Health Office within 24 hours of the delivery being received.
